Return / Refund Policy

At SphereSand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return — applicable to all countries where we ship.

 


 

1. General Return Policy (30 Days)

You have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@spheresand.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 


 

2. Right of Withdrawal (European Union and United Kingdom Customers)

If you are based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and local consumer protection laws.

In these cases:

  • You will receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs (but not express delivery fees).

  • The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 


 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, or safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products.

  • Hygiene or personal care items once opened.

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or cosmetics).

  • Gift cards or final sale/discounted items.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, contact us at contact@spheresand.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit, according to your preference.
In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.

 


 

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original item and make a new purchase once the return is approved.

 


 

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
