1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to verification, processing, and approval before shipment.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping and Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after the processing period.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
SphereSand is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our facility and is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your order appears delayed, missing, or damaged upon arrival, please contact the carrier directly and also notify us at contact@spheresand.com
We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue, but final responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery will be considered completed once the package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages reported as “delivered” but not received. Please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance in such cases.

We currently ship to most countries and regions. However, certain destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations, customs regulations, or logistical reasons.
